At CAMILLA, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if your pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your return authorization form.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
